With her background in Psychology and Social Work, along with a Master's in 'Workplace Health and Wellbeing,' she is a specialist in conflict resolution and stakeholder management. She ensures that safety culture is understood and practiced across language barriers.

Her area of expertise is participation: she ensures that change is not imposed 'from above' but co-created by the workforce. With her experience as an auditor and specialist consultant, she combines a keen eye for quality standards with the ability to engage people in change processes and enable genuine involvement.
